Fine Art Photography Commissions:
I construct multiple photographs and parts of images into filmic panoramic sequences as a way of reconstructing memory, presented in an abstract form.
My work references Picasso and cubism, as well as panoramic photography and the the work of David Hockney. I have developed this style of working over the past ten years, the final works now becoming more and more elaborate, complex and abstract in their construction. Some are abstract scenes or landscapes that do exist, others are entirely constructed or reordered.
Interest in my constructed panoramic landscape images has steadily grown over the years and my style of work has become more individual, elaborate, unique and recognised. I have been asked to undertake a rapidly growing number of private commissions in this style as “one off” pieces of places such as White Horse Hill at Uffington, Oxfordshire, the famous Turner scene from Richmond Hill overlooking the Thames, as well as the South Bank in London.
Produced in general as 100 x 30cm prints, although production of up to billboard sized images are always possible at the highest quality. Prices start at £400 for a one off special, ie i’ll be shooting it solely and exclusively for you and you won’t see it available in print for sale anywhere else.
I’'m currently building a body of this work to exhibit as a whole collection. These images are often made with up to 1200 pieces of carefully selected parts of multiple images.
